Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring effective communication between customers, warehouse supervisors, and internal teams. The CSR will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate billing schedules, and ensuring smooth operations between various departments.
Key Responsibilities :
Product and Inventory Management :
Set up and maintain a product list to catalog inventory.
Customer Communication :
Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
Invoicing and Billing :
Set up and maintain billing schedules for customers.
Data Entry and Accuracy :
Check and verify data entered by Clerks related to the accounts you are managing to ensure accuracy.
Schedule Monitoring :
Monitor and maintain customer schedules per building to ensure proper tracking of deliveries and shipments.
