What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Director of Rehab Services develops and supervises the therapeutic activity program with the goal of meeting the individualized recovery needs of members served. Responsible for supervising the Rehabilitation team and participates as a member of clinical management team.

Shifts Available :

Full-Time : Monday – Friday  hours may vary and will include on call support

Expected starting wage range is $, - $ ,. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

  • degree in Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy, Drama Therapy, Music Therapy , Dance Therapy, Art Therapy, or Vocational Counseling or related field
  • Registered or eligible for registration as Music Therapist, Art Therapist, Dance Therapist or Rec Therapist in California . Must have CTRS
  • Two () years of experience working in the rehabilitation field within behavioral health
  • One () year of supervisory experience
  • Must be at least years of age
  • Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, -step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.
  • Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
