Position Overview :   The Surgical Oncology Manager will oversee perioperative and surgical specialty services, with emphasis on oncology-related procedures where applicable.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage surgical services operations, staffing, and throughput
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative leadership
• Ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards
• Oversee budgets, scheduling, and performance improvement initiatives
• Implement evidence-based perioperative and surgical oncology practices
