Head of Regional Strategy and Transformation
Shape the future of our North America business.
As the Head of Regional Strategy & Transformation, you’ll partner directly with the President of North America to define, drive, and execute the region’s most critical strategic initiatives. In this highly visible role, you’ll translate business insights into action—helping shape the mid- and long-term direction of our hearing care business. This is a rare opportunity to make a measurable impact at scale and work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to advance Sonova’s mission of helping ensure others enjoy the delight of hearing.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with the President and North America Leadership Team to define, prioritize, and execute regional strategic plans aligned with global priorities
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer analyses to identify growth opportunities, risks, and emerging trends
- Lead strategic planning cycles, business cases, and executive-level presentations that support data-driven decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives, including M&A evaluations, business development, and operational transformation projects
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leadership, providing actionable insights to improve regional performance
- Monitor progress against key strategic goals and recommend adjustments to ensure continued alignment with business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and influence outcomes
More about you :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or business transformation3+ years at a top-tier consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, Kearney) highly preferredProven success leading strategic initiatives within healthcare, MedTech, or consumer industriesExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills with a data-driven mindsetConfident communicator and influencer, capable of navigating complex stakeholder environmentsExperience in a global, matrixed organization with the ability to lead without formal authorityWillingness to travel up to 30%.A minimum of 200Mb / sec download and 10Mb / sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote / hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role is alsobonus and EEAP eligible. Compensation is determined by experience and location.
