Ambassador is searching for a dynamic Business Development Manager who is driven, enjoys building relationships in the community, and has strong interpersonal skills to join our team.

A few key responsibilities of the BDM include but are not limited to the following :

  • Increase billable hours, total sales dollars, and gross profit through focused sales strategies and closing new accounts
  • Generate new business through outside sales activities including cold calling, prospecting, territory planning, and client relationship-building
  • Exceed goals of new / reactivated clients per quarter in the B2B industry constantly closing.
  • Generate increases in gross profit from new / reactivated clients per quarter in a business-to-business environment.
  • Document all sales activity daily for potential and new clients doing B2B sales.
  • SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Able to sell Staffing Services through effective cold calls, telephone calls, social media, in-person visits, and appointments. Prospecting and generating new leads, developing new business, and reactivating dormant accounts.
  • Develop customize, create and execute effective marketing / sales campaigns for prospective clients.
  • Goal-driven individual who will thrive in the competitive Staffing industry with a “Hunter" mentality and possess a dynamic sales ability.
  • Self-motivated and persistent with specific courses of action with no supervision or without having someone to tell you what to do and when.
  • Can “think outside of the box".
  • Has the type of personality to easily strike up a conversation with anyone and feel comfortable doing so.
  • Has “thick skin" and can handle rejection in stride.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively over the phone or in person at all organizational levels across diverse cultures.
