Millwright Foreman - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is looking for Foreman Millwrights able to lead a team to repair, troubleshoot and perform complete tear down, do precision measuring and install mixers, mills, hoppers, Extruder repair, and Ladder bearing change calendar.

This is a temp to hire position that requires 100% travel. Compensation is $40+ an hour DOE. Travel pay will be included at $.70 a mile plus $120 a day per diem.

Qualifications : Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and drawings required. Well-rounded experience working with and running rubber mixers, mills, hoppers, Extruder, and other basic components needed. 5+ years of experience primarily in the rubber industry 2+ years as a foreman. Basic trade specific hand tools. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Ability to weld is preferred.
