Operations Manager-Financial Services

Our client is looking for an Operations Manager experienced working within the Financial Services Industry. They need someone who will establish and implement SOPs for new business and contracts that will result in a more efficient, effective, and timely process.

You will be responsible for managing 2-3 team members within a smaller firm(prefer small or mid sized firm experience). There will be preference given over candidates with experience with Life Insurance. They need someone who is versatile and great working with a CRM(Hubspot).

This is full time in the office located between Dallas and Fort Worth, north of the city. This is a salaried position plus bonus along with benefits. They do require a Bachelor's degree and experience within the financial services industry.
