Youll manage client IT environments, implement best practices, and provide strategic guidance while troubleshooting and stabilizing systems. This is a mix of senior-level technical work and client advisory responsibilities, perfect for someone ready to make a real impact.
What Youll Do :
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows Server environments
- Troubleshoot advanced server, cloud, and network issues (firewalls, VPNs, switches)
- Advise clients on technology roadmaps and IT strategy
- Conduct onboarding, quarterly documentation, backup, and DR testing
- Reduce recurring support issues by stabilizing systems
- Collaborate with engineers and leadership to ensure consistent service delivery
