Departmental Objective Our mission is to serve quality products with fast and friendly service in a clean atmosphere. Purpose of the Position Under the supervision of the Front of House Manager, performs a variety of duties including maintaining all areas of the dining room and beverage stations, replenishing condiments, operating the cash register, and general cleaning tasks. • Knowledge of basic math skills

• Ability to follow directions both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally to both supervisors and guests
• Knowledge of safety and sanitizing procedures
• Ability to work in congested work areas and areas where wet processes are used
• Ability to wear protective footwear
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with all Dining Services employees and customers
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
