Here's what you can expect :
- To work on new and existing web applications, flexibly moving between frontend code and the supporting backend implementation.
- We work mostly in native JavaScript, jQuery, Rails, and Python.

What You'll Do
Be involved in product and technical decisions as we chart a course for Addressable's futureDesign, build, and maintain web servicesBuild new user-facing featuresImplement monitoring and alerting to understand the health of the system and to diagnose issuesDrive incremental improvements across multiple roadmap itemsDemonstrate ownership of the software and applicationsSkills Knowledge and Expertise
Have 5+ years of professional software development experience in one or more general purpose languages and are specifically proficient in React with JavaScript.Are experienced with React design patterns and best practices, and understand how to apply them to new and existing development.Are comfortable moving between backend and frontend development work, based on the needs of your team.Approach your work with curiosity, embrace your learning zone, and are fueled by a desire to expand your impact.Routinely take on complex projects that can span multiple months.Focus on connecting business and customer value to your work.Take on a leadership role in projects that you are executing on helping the team understand tradeoffs and execute to business needs.Weigh tough tradeoffs and bias towards action and execute strategically.Benefits & Inclusion
