Compensation : Hourly Wage, Based on Experience

Experience Level : Intermediate (3-7 yrs. experience)

Schedule : Full-Time (Monday-Friday, daytime hours)

About the Role :

We are seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to be a vital part of our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity for a service-oriented, detail-driven professional who is passionate about women's health care.

What You'll Do :

• Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and appointment paperwork
• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system : schedule appointments and route calls appropriately
• Enter and update patient information in the electronic health records system (EHR)
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk area
• Perform general clerical duties (filing, scanning, copying, faxing)
• Provide support to providers and other team members as needed
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
