What You’ll Do

As Healthcare Instructor, you’ll play a key role in delivering essential healthcare training, keeping programs aligned with industry standards, and supporting student success. The Healthcare Instructor reports to the Director of Business and Workforce Development.

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for :

Effectively teaching the Healthcare programs operating within Workforce Development.

Creating an ideal learning environment.

Maintaining an appropriate balance of discipline.

Transferring knowledge to students.

Staying abreast of evolving regulations within the industry.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Persons applying for this position must be dependable, highly responsible, independent, self-starting, and have the ability to interact with a diverse student population. Our ideal candidate will have :

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN-Bachelors) with at least 5 years of expertise in the field or a minimum of three years of experience as a certified teacher in a healthcare program. All applicants will be required to submit to a criminal background check.
