What You’ll Do

Phase 1 – Build Your Foundation

  • Start as a Financial Professional and learn the core of our business.
  • Develop skills in marketing, sales, client relationship management, and financial planning.

    • Phase 2 – Transition into Leadership

  • After your first year, enter our six-month Associate Partner training program.
  • Gain leadership skills to recruit, coach, and lead your own team of financial professionals.
  • Build a management career with opportunities for advancement into senior leadership roles.

    Compensation Structure

  • Commission-based income as a financial professional (Phase 1).
  • Transition to a salary-based Associate Partner role ($60,000–$150,000+) with bonus opportunities and additional incentives tied to your team’s success.
  • Significant long-term income potential—our field managers averaged $285,000 in 2024.
