As a Principal Product Manager at Bluehost, you will shape the future of our WordPress product suite by driving product strategy to become the #1 choice for WordPress users. Lead initiatives that solve critical challenges for millions of bloggers, small businesses, and web professionals while making complex WordPress tooling accessible to users of all experience levels. This position will report directly to VP of WordPress Product.

What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.

• Develop, manage, and deliver product strategy and roadmap for Bluehost WordPress tooling product experience.
• Accountable to execute roadmap deliverables and other initiatives critical to product success through the entire lifecycle.
• Identify and prioritize critical growth opportunities for WordPress, Small Businesses, and Web Professionals.
• Provide context and direction to engineering teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners throughout the life of the product with a strong customer focus that aligns with business objectives.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and cross-functional partners to design, deliver and innovate our platform features around the world.
• Successfully launch new products, features, and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide leadership updates and status reports on roadmaps and release plans.
• Coordinate priorities and dependencies with other Product Managers and Product Management Leadership.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the objectives of initiatives and features. Focus on key metrics like publish rate, feature adoption, product retention, product revenue, and product acquisition via reliable, competitive, and differentiating features.
