Brand Coordinator

Location : Houston, Texas

Full-Time | In-Office

Aria Sign & Design is seeking a Brand Coordinator to join our team in our Houston office. This is a key role responsible for leading and executing our marketing strategies to support business growth, brand visibility, and client engagement in the signage industry.

The Brand Coordinator will collaborate closely with our leadership, sales, and social teams to develop marketing programs that promote our custom signage solutions, highlight our craftsmanship, and position Aria as a leader in architectural signage, fabrication, and design.

Responsibilities

Drive Brand and Product Promotion

Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our services, custom signage products, and capabilities.

Create compelling content for digital, print, social media, and trade shows that showcases our work and brand voice.

Coordinate and represent Aria at industry trade shows, client events, and local networking opportunities.

Lead the Marketing Team

Ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables, campaigns, and internal projects.

Manage team workload, priorities, and collaboration with sales, production and design departments.

Analyze Market Trends and Performance

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.

Track and report on marketing campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.

Analyze competitors, pricing, and industry shifts to support strategic positioning.

Strategic Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage marketing budgets aligned with company goals.

Support product launches, brand initiatives, and sales enablement through strategic planning and execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 1 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or construction / design -related industries

Prior experience managing or leading a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and brand consistency

Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
