Our systems are already saving lives around the world and as we rapidly expand across the U.S. were seeking an EHSQ Specialist to help us strengthen and scale our safety quality and environmental systems.

The Opportunity : A Role Where You Can Make Your Mark

This is a critical hands-on role for someone who can bring expertise structure and influence to a fast-growing business. Youll help us identify gaps refine our systems and guide us toward the next level of operational maturity ensuring our people products and practices reflect our commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.

This role is based in Las Vegas and reports to the Global Health Safety Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Manager in Sydney Australia. It will work closely with and be supported by our EVP of Delivery in Nevada USA.

The role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact on both national and global projects with required travel for hands-on collaboration and implementation. You will play a key role in our efforts to exceed customer expectations and become a leader in the U.S. and other markets around the world.

What Youll Do

Youll be a vital part of our team working closely with key stakeholders across the global business. Your day-to-day activities will involve :

• Lead and enhance our HSEQ systems across U.S. operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA / ISO 45001 ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections internal audits and training Return to Work programs safety reporting and corrective actions.
• Oversee contractor and supplier assessments.
• Track and report HSEQ metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with U.S. regulations and best practices to ensure compliance in our operations.
