Location : Full-Time, In-Office — Historic Waumbec Mill, Manchester, NH

Earning Potential : $75,000–$125,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonuses)

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing in-office sales team at PayPact.

This is a full-time, in-office position — not remote — located in our modern workspace inside the historic Waumbec Mill , overlooking the Merrimack River.

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging business owners by phone to introduce PayPact’s solutions, qualify prospects, and help drive growth.

What We Offer

  • Base Salary : $45,000 per year
  • Total Earning Potential : $75K–$125K+ with commissions and bonuses

  • Your Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners nationwide
  • Confidently introduce PayPact’s products and services
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for senior reps
  • Maintain accurate records and activity logs in HubSpot
  • Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals
  • Participate in team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions

  • Excellent communication and phone presence
  • Resilient and driven — thrives on competition and goals
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, Office, or similar tools)
  • Prior experience in cold calling, inside sales, or telemarketing preferred
  • High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
