Job Description
The Director of Content & Creative leads the vision, strategy, and execution of LSU Online & Continuing Education’s creative and content efforts. This role provides strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team responsible for video production, graphic design, digital and social media content, SEO‑focused website content, and advertising creative. The Director ensures all creative output aligns with LSU’s brand identity, advances marketing goals, and supports the broader institutional mission. Working collaboratively across Marketing, Digital Strategy, Recruitment & Retention, and Program Success, the Director shapes a cohesive content strategy that resonates with target audiences, drives engagement, and strengthens LSU OCE’s position as a national leader in online education.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of related experience, showing progression in content creation, creative direction, or brand management with 3 or more of those years in leadership managing creative and / or content teams.
