Telephone Operator

A company is looking for a Telephone Operator to manage incoming calls and assist with communication in a medical setting. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and connect callers with the correct extension Take and relay messages accurately and respond to emergency calls promptly Perform operator functions, including triaging calls and managing the switchboard Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of two years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting for long periods and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds Manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment Proof of influenza vaccination required upon employment
