  • We are seeking a multi-axis CNC Mill Programmer to join our team on our weekday shift. You will help oversee projects and ensure excellent quality control.

    Responsibilities :

    • Development of machining strategy to take design data and produce machined hardware
    • Develop machine programs for Multi Axis Mills in Mastercam and / or Esprit.
    • Collaborate with machinists / operators, supervisors & quality inspectors to support program schedule & performance goals, mitigate manufacturing risks, and improve operational efficiency.
    • Develop manufacturing plans for high-volume production
    • Design custom tools and fixtures as needed
    • Develop set-up processes to show alignment of geometry from CNC program to physical workpiece.
    • Identify and select appropriate tooling for job specific applications (based on part material, geometry, features, tolerances, system rigidity, and equipment capability).
    • Releasing programs to the production team that have been validated in Camplete.
    • Own process improvement opportunities (reduced machining / setup time, improved part quality)
    • Maintain configuration control of files and job records
    • Safely working within a manufacturing environment
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
    • Qualifications :

    • 2+ years of CAM programming experience
    • 2+ years of CNC machining experience
    • 1+ years of Mastercam or Esprit experience
    • 1+ years of Solidworks experience preferred
    • Must possess a comprehensive understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
    • Must have experience with alloys commonly used in aerospace applications (aluminum, titanium, inconel, stainless steels)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Familiarity with machine shop and quality lab tools and equipment
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
