Overview

Adoration Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Clinical Scheduler (LNP) in Charlotte, NC. This role is critical in ensuring our patients receive timely, high-quality home health services by efficiently coordinating clinical staff schedules and managing patient visit assignments. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented LPN with excellent communication skills, strong clinical judgment, and a passion for supporting both patients and clinical teams.

Office Location : Charlotte (28217)

Schedule :  Full-time, office-based + patient visits as needed

Home Health experience required!
