Salary : Position Summary :

The Marketing Strategy & Content Manager is a senior-level role responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives across campaigns, digital content, sponsorships, and media production. This position combines planning, writing, and coordination, playing a critical role in shaping the firms story with clarity, creativity, and impact. From developing compelling messaging to organizing content assets, this role ensures the brand voice remains consistent, engaging, and aligned with business goals.

Essential Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

Collaborate on planning and execution of both internal events and external firm-wide marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and social media strategies.

Develop and maintain an annual editorial and master event calendar that aligns with the firms goals and industry opportunities.

Lead planning efforts for corporate events, ensuring effective promotion and alignment with branding.

Content Development & Storytelling

Write and edit diverse content including project stories, proposals, award submissions, campaign messaging, blog posts, internal communications, and social media content.

Shape proposal narratives, event materials, and digital communications in collaboration with graphic designers, technical staff, and leadership.

Contribute to brand storytelling by highlighting authentic voices, project impact, and community engagement.

Asset & Media Management

Organize and manage marketing assets including photography, video, templates, and historical content, ensuring accessibility and alignment with brand standards.

Coordinate photography and video efforts, including scheduling, photo shoot lists, and post-production support.

Create strategies to promote firm expertise and highlight internal stakeholders through video, articles, and media placement.

CRM & Analytics

Create, oversee, update, and maintain the firms CRM system on behalf of the marketing / business development team.

Track and report on marketing performance metrics; recommend data-driven adjustments to increase engagement and reach.

Operational Excellence

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by providing creative insight and recommendations that strengthen the firms brand presence.

Non-Essential Responsibilities :

Supervision Received :

General Direction : Plans and arranges own work. Uses a wide range of procedures to accomplish assigned objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

Basic supervision : Determines work assignments, priorities, and procedures for team members. Responsible for assigning, scheduling, and ensuring the quality and quantity of work. May or may not approve time off and schedule adjustments. Provides training, mentoring, and coaching.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Experience : 15+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or content development.

Skills :

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates storytelling and campaign development across multiple channels.

Strong project management and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing trends.

Experience managing and organizing photography and video libraries.

Attributes : Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and creative, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual and written content.

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Excellent communication and collaboration skills and abilities

Strong creativity and storytelling skills

Excellent verbal, written, active listening, communication, and presentation skills.

Extremely proficient with editing content in various software

Prior A&E firm experience; preferred

Possess and demonstrate solid analytical and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced, ever changing, and challenging work environment

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality visual results
