job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEnsure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness Ensure profitability by operating within established guidelines for food cost, labor, and sales growth Coordinate and implement current operations game plans and company initiatives Be accountable for the proper staffing and training of the restaurant Participate in local restaurant marketing and promote all Public Safety Foundation initiatives Maintain awareness and participation in community affairs Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional, positive manner Communicate effectively with the GM / Owner regarding any business-related issues Maintain restaurant equipment and report any problems immediately to the Owner Perform any other duties assigned by the Owner Possess a positive attitude and be ready and willing to manage the team and serve customers with a smile Be able to hire, train, and motivate a high-performance team Understand and manage food and labor costs Operate the restaurant at maximum profitability 1+ years of management experience Able to work on your feet for up to 13 hours at a time Able to lift up to 50 lbs Open availability - ability to work weekends and some nights required Cash handling skills required Familiarity with Microsoft office required Top-notch customer service skills Ability to lead and develop a strong team
