Job Summary :
The System Education Coordinator within Enterprise Clinical Informatics is a key member of the high-performing PROpel Team, supporting providers in the effective use of Epic EHR and integrated technologies. This role focuses on assessing educational needs, designing and delivering training, and developing ongoing optimization strategies to enhance provider engagement and system efficiency. The position also contributes to IT initiatives, strategic projects, and EHR system updates. A clinical background is preferred to ensure a strong understanding of provider practices and to support effective training and optimization. The PROpel Team thrives on collaboration and pushing each other toward collective success.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION :
A minimum of 1-2 years of education experience is required.
Professional knowledge of educational theories and principles to assess educational needs and design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for staff is preferred.
Two years of experience in adult education is preferred.
A clinical background is preferred to ensure a strong understanding of provider practices and to support effective training and optimization.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION :
Bachelor's degree is required. Four year's of related experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.
Master's degree is preferred.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION :
Epic certification preferred.
