We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee strategic Data Management initiatives within a dynamic technology environment. This role will focus on project execution, issue and risk management, and Agile delivery practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex Data Management projects with cross-functional technology teams in a strategic and collaborative manner.
  • Identify, track, and resolve program-level issues and risks;escalate when necessary to avoid project disruption.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, and lead status and planning meetings across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage project plans, deliverables, and schedules;address changes in scope, schedule, or budget efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between vendors, project stakeholders, and leadership to eliminate roadblocks and drive alignment.
  • Deliver consistent and clear project communication to both functional and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure that technical implementations are robust, maintainable, and aligned with architectural best practices by coordinating with Data Management Architects and project team members.
  • Collaborate closely with the Data Management Functional Lead to define project timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements;escalate issues when needed to maintain progress.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience managing large-scale technical projects.
  • Local candidates only.
  • Must work hybrid - 2 or 3 days a week (Thursday in office).
  • Must be willing to do an onsite interview.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in Agile environments, including time spent as a Scrum Master.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to connect technical solutions with business goals and requirements.
  • Strong facilitation and coordination skills for leading meetings with various stakeholder groups.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with a high level of organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
  • Comfortable preparing and delivering presentations to executive audiences.
