We are excited to expand our Enterprise Services Risk organization and are looking for innovative, collaborative, and highly skilled professionals to lead our risk management efforts. As a Senior Manager, you will be pivotal in mitigating data and technology risks while aligning with our business objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.

In this role, you will :

• Drive risk management initiatives within Capital One's Enterprise Services by conducting strategic risk assessments and reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build influential relationships, ensuring that risk impacts on critical business processes are well understood.
• Perform comprehensive risk reviews like Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSAs) and recommend mitigation activities.
• Engage with leaders across Enterprise Data, Compliance, Cyber Security, and Internal Audit to influence key technology risk management actions.
• Support the design and implementation of internal risk and control governance processes.
• Continuously enhance risk programs based on industry standards and best practices.
• Lead specific initiatives to minimize risk posture and improve overall control effectiveness.
