The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to oversee all activities and employees on its campus and service area. The CAO will be the local authority for the campus, leading in areas such as staff planning, site profit and loss, quality and patient safety, and regulatory compliance. This role is pivotal in the execution of the company's strategy, particularly in the areas of physician engagement, business development, and community and foundation engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial performance and oversight of all operational components, and must be adept at building and maintaining stakeholder trust, including with physicians, donors, and the community.
Applicants for the CAO position at the company should hold a Doctor of Medicine, an advanced medical degree, or an advanced degree in administration, business, or a health-related field. The role demands a leader with the ability to act independently, proactively, and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with a diverse range of stakeholders are essential. The CAO will also be involved in community subspecialty service line planning, growth, and recruitment, and must be prepared to engage with government officials, local patient and family advisory councils, and business groups.
