HOT NEW ROLE -LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

Location : New York, NY

Schedule : Monday, Tuesday 11A-7P, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday : 9 : 00 AM -5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : Up to $42 / hr depending on experience

Bilingual Spanish : A Plus!

Overview :

We are seeking an LPN for a 3-month contract to support a busy outpatient clinical team. The ideal candidate must have pediatric experience (age 5+) and women's health experience . This role involves performing clinical nursing functions, assisting practitioners, providing patient education, and ensuring continuity of care for patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct patient screening, discharge, and education under RN supervision.
• Take vital signs, administer medications and immunizations, and perform procedures such as EKGs, hearing / vision tests, bone density, and glucose checks.
• Assist providers with exams and minor procedures;maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Process labs, referrals, and imaging requests;follow up on abnormal results and missed appointments.
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, emergency kits, and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure continuity of patient care.
