The General Manager manages all the operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include :
Oversee P&L management, food & labor costs, scheduling, ordering, inventory, guest service, food quality, managing the floor, maintenance, health & safety, payroll and adminHire, train, coach, develop and motivate staffEnsure high levels of guest satisfaction and food qualityOther duties as dictated by Senior Management to run smooth operationsBACKGROUND PROFILE :
