Accentuate Staffing is assisting a biopharmaceutical company in the Cary area who is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, offering excellent benefits. Responsibilities : Logistics Coordinator will prepare domestic shipment documentation Coordinator will track all incoming and outgoing shipments Coordinator will schedule transfer requests Coordinator will communicate shipment status with clients Coordinator will ensure all GMP documentation is accurate Coordinator will respond to customer emails in a timely manner Requirements : Candidates must have familiarity with shipping and logistics Candidates must be organized, able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite Associates degree preferred Candidates must be detail oriented with an outgoing personality
