Operations Coordinator
Hours : 7 : 30 am - 4 pm
Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator position supports the successful day to day operations of the clinical management team. As our company grows, we will expand support to our operations team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Represent the center as a point of contact and link between employees, operations, scheduling, patients / learners and their families and vendors
- Assist with managing schedules and cancellations at the center
- Order supplies for the center and submit reports to the Finance & Accounting Department
- Provide phone and email correspondence with patients and clinicians (likely hundreds of exchanges per day)
- Act as an administrative liaison between BTs, BCBAs, and parents so that scheduling needs are met, and expectations are exceeded
- Maintain FAST communication practices
- Establish scheduling needs of patients and select clinicians that are a good fit in each unique case
- Apply creative thinking solutions to resolve issues successfully when complex situations arise
- Maintain accurate scheduling entries in scheduling software, including correct provider, times, address, location codes, and insurance codes
- Assist with on-boarding and enrollment of new patients by minimizing wait times to start ABA services
- Adhere to time and attendance policies and maintain a record, in good standing, of regular and reliable attendance and punctuality, in order to provide quality and consistent patient care
- Adhere to Cultivate Behavioral Management Corp policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma (Bachelors degree is preferred)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
