We are seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and provide direct ABA services to support children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. In this role, you will work one-on-one and implement a behavior support plan designed by a BCBA clinician. These support plans are developed to address the child's specific needs including behavior management, social skills, and independence. This position is based out of our Shrewsbury and Worcester clinics and you could be scheduled to work with clients at either clinic and / or in client homes in the surrounding areas.
