What You Will Do
Design and implement complex database solutions for enterprise applications.
Lead database architecture planning and optimization efforts.
Ensure data integrity, security, and availability across systems.
Develop and maintain database solutions to support application development.
Tune the Databases for peak performances according to the best practices
Collaborate with developers to optimize queries and schema design.
Perform data migrations and upgrades.
Fully versed in SQL queries including but not limited to Case, joins, distinct, count, round etc.
Provide input on how to monitor databases as a whole using monitoring tools for the enterprise.
Providing technical input for policies and procedures and maintaining accurate documentation on those policies / procedures.
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree . Additional Four(4) Years of experience is required in lieu of degree.
4-6 years of experience in database development and administration.
4+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture experience
Proficiency in SQL and database scripting.
Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
Experience in a technical role within a sales organization
Candidate must pass govt background investigation.
What Would Be Nice to Have
Experience with federal government systems.
Experience with ETL tools and data integration.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$116,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
