Opportunity Details :
Texoma Medical Center is actively seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our team in Denison, TX, catering to the immediate needs of our growing community.
Opportunity Highlights
- As a hospital-employed position, you'll collaborate with three employed surgeons, playing a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our hospital's Cardiothoracic services, as well as our new structural heart program.
- The role encompasses a comprehensive range of cardiac and thoracic procedures, with a particular emphasis on robotics-assisted techniques. While robotics experience is desired, it's not mandatory.
- Call responsibilities will be shared among the three surgeons, ensuring a manageable workload and fostering a supportive team environment.
- We're seeking candidates who are board-certified or board-eligible, with Spanish-speaking abilities considered advantageous but not required.
- Compensation will include a competitive salary, performance-based bonus structure, comprehensive benefits package, and enticing incentives.
