What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

Assist residents and visitors with inquiries or directions, maintaining a professional presence at all times.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and property management staff to address security-related needs specific to the residential environment.

Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
