Serve as a strategic advisor, translating business objectives into actionable data collection and analysis strategies. Curate and present analytics best practices tailored to game genres, lifecycle stages, and monetization models. Build and deliver dashboards and reports on key KPIs (retention, LTV, conversion), enabling data-driven decisions across customer teams. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in gaming or digital product environments Strong SQL skills and experience building reports and dashboards Experience defining and analyzing key business metrics (e.g., retention, LTV, conversion funnels) Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working across customers and internal teams About Us : Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
