Your daily practice will center on working closely with clients to navigate complex estate planning, estate administration, mergers and acquisitions, and business compliance. Compensation : $100,000

Responsibilities :

• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Manage estate administration and probate proceedings with attention to detail and empathy for clients' needs.
• Draft and review documents related to mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, entity formation, contracts, and compliance.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and responsive service.
