Our meticulous and empathetic Patient Access Representative works in our Multi-Specialty facility to help provide patient care second to none!. The Patient Access Representative thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment with professionals in neurology, pain management, chiropractic, physical therapy and many more. The Patient Access Representative is cross-trained in all clinical administrative processes, therefore the Patient Access Representative will also answer phones, check in and out patients, perform patient reminder calls, and enter information into the EMR. The Patient Access Representative is required to maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
