Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer / Project Engineer to lead sales, project management, and design efforts. This role involves planning and executing custom systems in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in 2D / 3D CAD design, project coordination, and client engagement.

Qualifications :

• Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience

Willingness to travel (approx. one week per month)

Proven experience with conveyors and process equipment

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and Inventor (3D)

Strong background in technical sales and project management

Familiarity with process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and food safety standards

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills

Experience designing systems including conveyors, mezzanines, sensors, and warehouse controls

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain CAD standards and drawing templates

Organize and manage project drawing packages and workflows

Maintain electronic drawing archives

Collaborate with clients to define project scope and develop proposals

Prepare cost estimates and budgets
