Receptionist

A small medical office is hiring a Receptionist. The position is full time and permanent. Competitive pay plus benefits.

The medical facility is a group of experienced doctors and medical professionals focused on pediatric care. This is a fun environment with very active clients!

Duties include answering patient calls, scheduling patient appointments, accepting payment / copays, verifying medical insurance, etc. Additionally you will be trained on how to call in prescriptions, submit medical referrals to specialists and help with some basic medical billing and coding eventually.

Applicants must enjoy working with children, working on the phone and comfortable in dealing with patients struggling with various illnesses.
