Role : Power Trader

Location : Fully Remote / NYC / Houston

Compensation : $150–220k base + 25–30% of book

They're expanding their power trading desk and are looking for experienced traders ready to own PnL, scale a book, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What You'll Do :

Run and grow a trading book with full ownership
Leverage cutting-edge tech and data to execute your edge
Collaborate with a high-caliber trading team—while maintaining your own style
Contribute to the success and expansion of a market-leading desk

What They're Looking For :

Proven track record in power trading

Strong understanding of US power markets & grid dynamics

Excellent risk management and decision-making skills

Competitive mindset with a collaborative approach
