We are seeking a skilled foreman and operator to operate and care for construction equipment, tools, and machinery. The role involves safely operating construction equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and forklifts. You will be responsible for building and setting concrete formwork, reinforcing, and concrete placement. Understanding how to safely complete excavations, establish grades, and complete backfill operations is essential. The position also includes installing both below and above-grade mechanical piping and completing pre-task planning. A willingness to learn from on-the-job training is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, and forklifts.
• Build and set concrete formwork, reinforcing, and concrete placement.
• Safely complete excavations, establish grade, and conduct backfill operations.
• Install below-grade and above-grade mechanical piping.
• Complete pre-task planning.
• Manage a crew of pipe layers, concrete specialists, and laborers.
• Work with ductile iron and HDPE (black synthetic) pipes.
• Handle underground and above-ground piping, focusing on wastewater and water systems.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position based out of Mesa, Arizona.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00 / yr.
