Instructional Designer - Business Execution Consultant 3 - Contingent

Hybrid(3 days in office, 2 remote). 12-24 month contract on W-2. Must be currently in Charlotte, no relocation.

Overview

Role : Instructional Designer - Business Execution Consultant 3 (contingent).

Responsibilities

Develop and facilitate complex training programs for multiple end-users with varying needs (front line to operations).

Collaborate to meet goals in a dynamic environment.

Manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines and fast turnaround times.

Apply critical thinking to weigh options and ensure the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience developing and facilitating complex training programs for multiple end-users with varying needs (front line to operations).

Motivated self-starter; self-directed, works with little supervision.

Ability to work in a dynamic / fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, often within tight deadlines and fast turnaround.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Location : Charlotte, NC (550 S. Tryon St.) or Minneapolis, MN (600 S 4th Street) – hybrid, must be in-office at least 3X per week.

Desirable experience

Commercial Banking experience.

nCino experience.
