We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance & Electrical Technician with a high degree of technical aptitude and a strong ability to learn, troubleshoot, and repair plant production equipment. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, follow direction, and apply problem-solving skills to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Experience with repairing and re-wiring high-speed and automated equipment—including AC / DC motors, VFDs, PLCs, servo motors, and PLC I / O modules—is highly desirable. The ability to read and interpret electrical schematics is preferred.
