An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced nursing leader to step into the Chief Nursing Officer role at a 50-bed freestanding hospital. This facility employs approximately 45 FTEs and operates with a close-knit leadership structure. The CNO reports directly to the CEO and has two direct reports : a House Supervisor on days and a House Supervisor on nights.

Position Overview :

The Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for the overall direction and coordination of all nursing functions within the hospital. This leader will play a critical role in driving quality outcomes ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a collaborative patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping and improving the facilitys culture building a cohesive nursing team and enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in bed management

Proven leadership background in nursing administration

Demonstrated success in leading cultural transformation and staff engagement initiatives

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary range : $130000 $140000 annually

Bonus incentive plan

$15000 sign-on bonus
