Job Opportunity : Physical Therapy Clinic Director

Earn a competitive base salary of up to $108,000 annually, based on your experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. As a Clinic Director, you'll have the opportunity to maximize your earnings through our performance-based bonus program where you determine how much you earn. We also provide comprehensive, company-paid benefits, so you won't see any deductions from your paycheck for your medical, life and disability insurance. Plus take advantage of our generous PTO policy, where you only work a total of 11 months out of the year, giving you more time to savor life's moments. Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy ProgramCurrent state Physical Therapist licenseThree to five years of clinical experience, with a passion for healthcare leadership and small business developmentCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationBilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not requiredWork Environment :
