Operations Analyst – Dividend Processing

Overview

Join a leading wealth management organization as an Operations Analyst within the Investment Information Management team. In this role, you will specialize in the accurate and timely processing of mutual fund dividend distributions and reinvestments for assigned mutual fund companies. You’ll play a key part in maintaining operational accuracy, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and supporting smooth end-to-end processing for both domestic and international fund groups.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain distribution calendars for assigned mutual fund companies, both domestic and international

Monitor and respond to communications from fund agents to ensure timely action

Create and process dividend transactions within internal systems for downstream operations

Prepare and maintain trade logs for manual dividend reinvestments

Analyze quality control reports, research and resolve ledger variances, and maintain control metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• years of expereince in operations, finance, or related fields
• Familiarity with mutual fund operations, concepts, and industry practices is a plus but not required

Schedule

Standard + hours per week with significant overtime required at year-end
