Family Medicine - Physician

With continued growth and high patient demand, Henry Ford Health System's Department of Family Medicine is seeking a board eligible / certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice at Henry Ford Medical Center - Farmington Rd. in West Bloomfield, MI . Physicians who join the Henry Ford Medical Group are employed and work exclusively for the Group.

Qualifications

• This position will involve outpatient clinical care – Full spectrum primary care.
• Experience with older adults and complex care a plus
• Willingness to engage in team-based care including collaboration with case management, clinical pharmacists, APPs, and other staff for high value care.

• Work schedule consists of non-traditional hours. Monday thru Friday including one Saturday per month.

• Residency / Fellowship training by an ACGME / AOA accredited program is required
