CNC Operator 1st shift

We're seeking experienced CNC Lathe & CNC Milling Operators to join our clients growing precision manufacturing team in Billerica, MA. This is a great opportunity to join a clean, modern facility that specializes in high-quality metal components for a variety of industries.

Schedule :

• Summer : Monday-Thursday, 6 : 00 a.m.-4 : 30 p.m. (4x10-hour days)
• Winter : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 a.m.-2 : 30 p.m.

Pay Range : $24-$30 per hour (based on experience)

Desired Skills and Experience

Set up and operate CNC lathes and / or CNC Milling to produce precision metal components.

Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.

Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, indicators) to ensure quality standards.

Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
