Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to :

• Assist in actively growing the practice, and participate in activities like networking, proposal development and facilitating prospect meetings
• Grow and manage existing client relationships as well as identify new client leads
• Dual responsibility to function as an external consultant to Plante Moran's clients and as an internal consultant to Plante Moran's practices and service areas
• Consult with external clients in areas such as Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, Leadership and Team Development, and Organizational Analysis
• Consult with internal clients in areas such as Talent Assessment, Career Coaching and Internal Organizational Development

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO, IL, or MA. Please review theposition location for theapplicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range for their position, as compensation decisions are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to : responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer market-based starting salaries that are consistent across individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in IL, MA or CO is : $138,000.00 - $174,000.00
